Castle Park

Summer Screen 2017

Summer Screen is back for 2017!

This year Summer Screen will once again run for the duration of Wimbledon, starting Monday 3rd July and finishing with the men’s singles final on Sunday 16th  July. Visitors can bring along a picnic, relax in front of the big screen and watch the tennis for free before heading into town to enjoy the rest of the day. There will also be food and drink available from the Café in the Park and stalls and kiosks set up alongside the screen.

The tennis screenings will finish early on 7th July for Pictures in the Park, which has five feature films this time, one on Friday, two on Sing a Long  Saturday and a further two on Sunday 9th July. No tennis will be shown on Saturday or Sunday. The programme will feature a mix of popular classics, cult favourites and family-friendly films.
