The Wivenhoe History Group have created The High Street  Trail, a self-guided walk along Wivenhoe High Street to follow in the footsteps of those who would have lived on  Wivenhoe High Street 100 years ago. See the trail leaflet on the website or purchase at the VisitColchester Information Centre or Wivenhoe Book Shop, and read about the history of all these buildings. Start the trail at the top of the High Street near the junction of De Vere Lane.
