University of Essex - Colchester Campus

The University of Essex accommodation is a perfect place to stay for individuals, corporate clients, group tours and school visits. The striking landscape made famous by John Constable, is home to a range of wildlife, historic trees and beautiful parkland. The campus also has three man-made lakes, home to many fish species, ducks and Canadian geese as well as many other animals for guests to admire. Subject to availability and offered as additional upgrades, the campus also offers a variety of meetings and conference room spaces, sports facilities and gym (including a brand new sports arena) and disco facilities including a nightclub.

The campus is located 50 minutes from London by train and only 2 miles away from Britain's oldest recorded town, Colchester. The accommodation offers a vast array of single en-suite bedrooms in flats of 6-14 and only a short distance to campus. Accommodation packages include full bedding, linen and a hand and bath towel as well as a shared kitchen area for self catering packages. Guests can book room only, self catering, B&B, half board and full board packages.
