Two bedrooms, a double and the two single beds, can be joined as a queen size bed on request. A spacious living room with double sofa bed. It is situated at the heart of Colchester, just a few minutes walk to Colchester Castle, the largest Norman keep in Europe, the Hollytrees Museum, the Natural History Museum, Colchester’s art galleries and the ruins of St. Botolph’s 12th Century Priory and more. The Town Centre has a flagship Fenwick’s store, which is a 2 minute walk away at the High Street, as well as a varied selection of independent and artisan shops and the high street multiples.

From the A12 take the exit towards Colchester/A133. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Westway/A134. At the 3rd roundabout, take the 2nd exit to Middleborough. Continue onto St Peter's Street , then turn right onto Northgate Street. Northgate Street turns right and becomes Maidenburgh Street. Turn right onto St Helen's Lane. Turn right onto Taylor Court. The Bungalow will be on your left.

There are frequent trains from London Liverpool Street to Colchester (Mainline).
The journey takes just under an hour and you can get a bus or taxi from the station to us.
Our nearest station is Colchester (Town) which is an 11-minute walk, train services to this station are less frequent.

By Bus, First Bus provide most bus services in and around Colchester. The Panther X15 service provides services from Harwich International Port to the University. National Express coaches run services from around the country to Colchester Town centre including from London and UK airports. The nearest airport is Stansted. The quickest way to travel is by National Express using the 250 service which runs directly to the town centre. Alternatively, there is a local bus x133 to Colchester town centre, but this can take longer.
