We are located on the A120 between Coggeshall West and Bradwell in a large 350 year old rustic Essex barn with its own lovely garden. We are step free, child and dog friendly.

During Covid-19 we offer a range of events including LIVE MUSIC, LIVE COMEDY, great food from local event, wedding and festival vendors and local Ales and cocktails. Our offer changes weekly and we open from Thursday thru Sunday – like a big country pub with a twist. Typically we offer Afternoon tea on Thursday with a PUB in the evening offering CURRY and Chilli, On Fridays we mix things up with STEAK NIGHTS, CURRY and LIVE Music and then Saturday’s are Brunch in a Bap, LIVE MUSIC, LIVE Comedy or Theme nights (e.g. Mexican). Sundays we offer Sunday Roasts from 12 – 4pm with an evening option too e.g. wood fired pizza or roast meats in a baguette – We chill on Sundays with Country Music and have LIVE acoustic and other LIVE music on Sunday’s too… we love making cocktails at any time All our seating is 2m SD, we leave the big barn doors open for maximum air flow and have lots of lovely outdoor space in the barn gardens with twinkles and fire pits.

Before / after Covid-19 we have a 200 capacity for private hire celebrations (including weddings) and corporate and charity events even private cinema and public events too including LIVE Bands, LIVE Comedy, crowd karaoke and themed parties where we dress the barn, suggest food vendors and entertainment acts to compliment your chosen theme and until late too.
