Details

Enjoy an entertaining walk around the country's oldest recorded town, in the company of former Colchester MP and celebrated town champion High Steward Sir Bob Russell.

There are two different versions of the tour so check the Arts Centre website to see which one is running.

"The routes will embrace ancient and modern" says Sir Bob, who is also a former Mayor of Colchester as well as being the Town's MP for 18 years, and now Colchester’s High Steward.

The estimated time of the walk, with stops for commentary, is two hours.
Places on each tour are limited to a maximum of 15 people.

These tours are offered in conjunction with Colchester Arts Centre as an alternative to the official tours run by trained Blue Badge guides. For more information on these please visit http://www.visitcolchester.com/things-to-do/tours-sightseeing.aspx
