Details

A group exhibition of sculpture and photography by three local artists Julie Cuthbert, Payne Gunfield and David Trenow.

The Exhibition will run in conjunction with Moverons Open Garden Weekend in aid of the National Garden Scheme which each year raises millions of pounds for nursing charities including Marie Curie, Macmillan Cancer Support and Hospice UK

Julie Cuthbert has been artist in residence on Moverons Farm for the past year and she will be launching her book ‘Moverons - An Artist’s Sketchbook’ for the weekend.
For the exhibition she is creating a site specific installation in a seasonal pond in the woods - working title - ‘The Elders’

Joining Julie are

David Trenow - a well known local sculptor, painter and folklorist. His work is based on trees, the human form and the mythology surrounding them.

Payne Gunfield - working with metal, his work reflects a lifetime of his encounters with the British countryside.

Payne & Lesley Gunfield have created a stunning garden totally at ease with its’ surroundings overlooking the River Colne Estuary
Home made teas available too.
